First, the chest tightness needs a doctor, not a counsellor, and it needs one soon. Not because it is certainly serious, but because carrying on without knowing is its own load. Please do that part first.
On the rest: what you are describing is not a personal failing, it is arithmetic. Nine people and one income produces a level of sustained pressure that would affect anyone's sleep. Counselling does not change the arithmetic. What it can do is examine where the pressure is being made heavier than it has to be, and that is usually in two places.
One is the belief that you must carry it silently, which is common among men in your position and costs more than the work does. The other is the absence of any interval at all, which is different from needing a holiday you cannot take. People in your situation often have no ten-minute stretch in the day that belongs to them, and restoring that changes sleep more than it should.
You can also ask about the student or lower rate if cost is a barrier. That conversation is not awkward here.
This is general information in reply to a public question, not advice about your own situation, and it does not create a client relationship. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
